What did you use after you gave birth???
So im looking into fajas or (Girdles/waist trainers, for my non Hispanic friends). Witch one do you use or reccomend using for after birth?
I have a Spanx brand one but it is NOT the easiest thing to get into. Looking for somehting easy to put on and take off but also has given good results as far as holding the guts in. What do you ladies reccomend ?
