Anyone ever had polyps?

Has anyone ever had polyps and if yes, how did you get treated? And what were the symptoms you had that indicated you have it?

Not at all. They put me to sleep. I had some mild cramping after for about 3 days and a little spotting, but then back to normal! Let me know how it goes!

Yes. I would bleed during sex. They were up inside my cervix so the doctor couldn't see them. She said to keep my eye on it because tests for infection was negative. Went back the next month and had an ultrasound, she was able to see them and scheduled a hysteroscopy and polypectomy to have them removed. Had a dnc while I was there and she found 2 in my cervix and 1 in my uterus. It was a quick procedure but she suggested we take a break from ttc from the time of my ultrasound and through the time I had my first full cycle.

I was in hopes to get my bfp after my first full cycle bc we have been trying for a year prior to her finding the polyps with no luck. She said they could have been acting like a cork and preventing pregnancy. We have been ttc for 4 months since the surgery and no luck yet! But I'm thankful to not have bleeding during sex any more!

Good luck and I would suggest going to your obgyn and ask for an ultrasound if you are concerned you have them.
