Help sore throat and Prego

I have a sore throat and am getting a cough. I'm 34 weeks pregnant. What can I do to help it? Is there any meds I can take? Or natural remedies that actually work? I haven't had to take meds my whole pregnancy I really don't want to now. But I also don't want to get sick!! Help!
