1st ultrasound, tech didn't tell me heart rate?

Hi everyone, just had my 1st u/s (measuring 10w4d) but the tech didn't tell me the heart rate.... Is that normal? I had to pee so bad I kinda hurried out and totally forgot to ask!

They don't look for it or tell you in the uk in early scans.

Technically, the techs aren't supposed to tell you anything. Some are a little more relaxed about it than others though. The information should come from the doctor.

You could just call and ask to put it at ease. I'm sure everything if fine or they would have told you something was wrong.
