This morning I don't know why but I just went to check my left ovary and I can feel a hard lump that's not too big but it's there and I can feel it when I move my hand around.. On my right theres a very small lump that's so tiny that I could barely feel when I did the same. I really thought I was pregnant because I was spotting 4dpo-7dpo,ovary pain,lower back pain and I was having burning sensation in my hips and sometimes my left ovary.. What is this?? Now I'm worried.. It was never there before:( the spotting was light brown and I never had it before. I did have sex on my ovulation day.
