Diabetes & pregnancy
I am a type 1 diabetic and was diagnosed at age 9. My hubby and I are trying to have a baby sometime soon.
A1c is currently 6.9. Endo says it should be 6.5, OBGYN says under 6. Not sure who to believe! Hubby thought it would take us a while to get preggo anyhow, so I stopped BC.
Right now we're just learning more info & getting ourselves ready for what could happen. I'd just like some advice from other t1d's and how you deal/dealt with diabetes and pregnancy.
