Which do you prefer?

I think OH kind of makes it sound like you're incomplete without them and I think it should be good to be whole even without each other, so I like SO better.

I like DH for dear husband. I like that because it can be sweet or sarcastic depending on context.

I like SO because it just encompasses everything. I'm very glad it's commonly used here. It's so inclusive. ^-^

I use Husband. Any of his other titles aren't for Glow consumption. But when using terms with other people I default to SO, unless they mention something else specifically. It's nice, not too much implication, and gender neutral. Win win win if you ask me.

Hubby/Wifey  thing was for my earlyteenage days. I prefer SO, my love or fiancé.

When speaking in general to other people here I use SO because I don't know what gender their significant other is. When speaking about my husband I just say hubby.

I use SO when talking to or about other people's relationships (gender neutral and all encompassing,) and refer to my husband as my husband.

I can't stand those abbreviations. Call them what they are. Husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc. Not that hard to type out.
