On Tuesday I had my first official ultra sound and everything looked great and normal. I measured in at 8 and a half weeks and there was a strong obvious heart beat..on Tuesday night I tell my father and he tells me I'm fat, need a personal trainer and not the daughter he used to know. And he said that I'm not capable of making good food choices for my baby. I cried 2 nights straight.

On Thursday I had tremendous cramping and went to the dr the next morning to find out that my baby no longer had a heartbeat.

I'm not sure if the stress my dad put me through caused this but I'm hurt either way and so upset that im not longer expecting a baby in January. Due date on my birthday.
