Starting weight-loss, at a loss 😵

So I am finally comfortable leaving my house with baby, without hesitation.

(long story short, I had post partum anxiety which prevented me from doing anything other than eating anything to satisfy my hunger so I could just continue looking after my new baby)

I went from 75kgs to now 115kgs, so a huge increase, in my opinion. I FEEL so much heavier, my legs feel the extra weight walking the smallest distance, it hurts to get up because my back is taking the extra weight. And I'm at the largest clothing size they have readily available at shops. 😔

My question to this community is, where do you start? What is a good example of what to eat in a day (easy, quick meals that don't warrant a huge distraction from baby) and what are some light, quick exercises I can do around the house that I can squeeze in during nap times? I need to do something. I'm getting out of hand here. 😔
