Knowing you aren’t fertile yet 😭

I thought for sure I ovulated. I thought I was pregnant. My faint line turned out to be a false positive with numerous tests. Blood HCG came back at 1. And I haven’t bled at all... going on 12 weeks postpartum.

I’d like to get pregnant ASAP but have no idea what’s going with my body.

My boobs hurt, gums bleed, cramps some days, its like constant PMS.

I’m ready for my fertility to go back to normal.... when did you get pregnant postpartum?
