I believe I had a miscarriage but it would have been my first missed period so I'm also afraid I'm just over thinking it. Had really clotted heavy period... My breasts were crazy sore for two weeks before af... Got really really emotional. None of which are normal for me. Plus stomache cramping and fatigue/ light nausea

Do I go see my doctor or am I putting thoughts in my head wanting so hard to be pregnant and trying to explain it when af comes?
