I started drinking Earth Mama “No More Milk” tea because I thought I wanted to stop pumping. I’ve only had like two or three bags of the tea and I’ve changed my mind 😭😭 someone help me get my milk back. Today I only got 3oz out of each boob, and I only pumped once. Usually when I pump I get more.
