body image struggles
first time expecting mama. I wasn’t happy with my body and trying to lose weight, while TTC. ended up pregnant. my body doesn’t want anything but bland foods- which is mainly carbs 😭. i’m feeling bad about my body and not happy with where I am. i’m already nervous about the scale raising and hitting over the 200 mark. any words of encouragement or advice would be amazing. I want to enjoy every moment of this pregnancy, but the voice in the back of my head keep getting through.
