I’m about 47 days late from my last period and my test came out negative.. thoughts?

How old are you?   Have you lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time?   I lost 35 lbs in 4 months and that completely screwed mine up.  My doc told me it was normal.   Also, you are more likely to get a false-negative than a false-positive.  If there is ANY doubt, go to a primary care physician to get a blood test for HCG.  Easier to verify via blood than pee.  Also, it’s better to take the test first thing in the morning than at night.  The urine would be more concentrated to read the hormones if it is actually positive.  There are a LOT of factors that can mess with your cycle.  Change of sleep schedule, stress, being around new alpha females (cycle speaking).   Keto diet can mess with it, too.
