Have any of you ever wondered if you had a fertility issue because it's taking forever to conceive ?

I've been off the pill for 14 months. Wasn't actively TTC at the beginning, but wasn't not TTC either. That changed quite a few months back, and it occurred to me that it's taking much more time and effort than I ever thought would be required. I do have strange/seemingly abnormal symptoms (i.e. I usually suffer period cramps all month long, particularly on the right-hand side) so I've started worrying that there is something seriously wrong with me...

First time I got prego it was instant. I had a c-section and had a rough recovery. Because of the infection and scar tissue, I think that's hindering our chances now. But as of now, AF is 6 days late, so fingers crossed!
