Spotting?

Okay so I take oral birth control and just have my period (full period) and the last "sugar pill" ends on Saturday and I start the regular pill on Sunday. It's now Thursday and I'm spotting brown....is that normal to be spotting even though I've taken 5 regular pills?? I've been on pill for half a year

I've been on the pill for about a year and a half and I'll spot most of the week after my sugar pills. I was freaked at first too but it's nothing to worry about.

When I was on the pill, my period normally didn't start till day 4 or 5 of sugar pills
