You should try if possible to have sex every other day, that gives the best chance. When your green (fertile) days come up have sex as much as possible. Although glow is just a prediction of when your fertile, do you plan on doing ovulation tests? I recommend them! Once you get a positive ovulation test, try to have sex 3 days in a row!
