What verbiage do you like/dislike?
We are pregnant...
We are not pregnant! I am pregnant I don't see you breaking out and puking!

We are expecting.. Yes this is acceptable

Is it our baby when your the one carrying it or does it become both of yours after birth I know it takes two to make a baby but right now I'm providing everything for this baby so it's kinda more mine then ours at the moment

Honestly, none of the verbiage annoys me. Because, maybe I'm dealing with the symptoms, but he's truly been by my side every step.

I was just complaining to someone about "we are pregnant" earlier today. My hubby agrees - he's not pregnant; he's glad he's not the one whose pregnant. We are expecting a child. I'm okay with "we're having a baby" too, but nope, I'm the one who's pregnant.

I say we are having a baby but I am definitely pregnant. My poor husband would die if he went through the past few weeks. He almost died when they did the transvaginal ultrasound on me. Haha. Very clearly I am pregnant,he just is the one who gets to take credit for it :-)

I'm definitely the pregnant one lol! We are having a baby, but he has the easy job. I've caught myself saying "my baby" or "my kid" when I went on a rant(poor fiancé didnt even bat an eye lol)because I wanted an ultrasound earlier than 20 weeks..I accidentally said "I just want to see my baby and know that he/she is doing okay!"..he didn't take it personal; when I'm starving it's because of "his kid" LOL

OK so this is coming from a different point of view. We used donor sperm to get pregnant. So for me I feel like saying "we are pregnant" helps to include him in with the pregnancy as its not his genetically. Saying the whole "I am pregnant", seems a bit selfish to me because its a journey we BOTH are taking. Not just me.

I stick with the "we are expecting our first child". It seems like the safe route lol I'm the pregnant one and it's my husbands 2nd child but it's our first together lol

I say "we are pregnant" or "we are expecting." Neither bother me. I think he is having some sympathy pregnancy symptoms. I also have to give him props for handling my crazy hormonal out of no where moments so well. He says I become this person he's never been around and I don't disagree with him (I don't even recognize myself). Although I feel like things are starting to rebalance for the time being... I'm glad he is there to support me and wants to be included. I didn't have this with my first three little ones.
