Sciatica
I have severe back pain! I saw a chiropractor today and had an adjustment and can't walk. I've tried EVERYTHING. Hot packs, cold packs, adjustments, massage, hot bath, LOTS of Tylenol. Has anyone else found something that helps them? It's gotten to the point where I can barely walk.
