Constipation.. Help?

7 weeks today and for the past 2 days I've been so constipated that it actually hurts. Has anyone else had this issue yet? And is there anything I could eat or drink, or even a medicine that wouldn't harm the baby that I could take?

My ob told me that I could take ciruelax don't know if over there they have it . Hope you feel better soon.

Miralax is safe to use! Stay on top of it and don't let it get too bad or you will be miserable!

Prunes! Seriously! Also, coffee is a natural diuretic. You can typically have up to 200-300ml/day safely so that might help! Hope you're feeling better soon! I had similar issues around 4 weeks and I also started taking a really good probiotic which seems to be keeping me way more "regular"
