I'm not sure if anyone is contemplating buying the Owlet for their baby, but I just have to say that I absolutely adore mine. It gives me a peace of mind when my baby sleeps and I can actually SLEEP when she's asleep. There's only been one night where it was scary and we had a flashing red light (which means your baby isn't breathing correctly) and she was constipated and wasn't breathing when she tried to poop. But, I can't even begin to explain how awesome it is to be able to go to sleep. There's so much talk about SIDS and just general scariness of having your first baby, that kept me up at night when I was pregnant. But, with the baby monitor I actually slept at night.
