How can you tell what's baby and what's bloat?

Very curious because I don't want to think that my stomach is really growing but it's because I'm just bloated. When is the best time of the day to check the accuracy of your actual bump.

This is how you grow. So if your 5 weeks, you definitely don't have a bump.

Depends on if this is your first child or not. Woman who have had a child already and are pregnant again tend to show a little sooner. Typically it's probably bloat up until like 14 weeks or so and that's still kind of early sometimes. Can depend on your body habitus as well.

It's generally just bloat until closer to 12 weeks as the uterus is down below your pubic bone till around that time. So until then you're just rubbing your bloated guts haha. I still liked having a bump through even though it wasn't baby yet! :)
