To me no, i think broad shoulders & basically nonexistent hips are the only things that can make a woman look less feminine

I have small boobs and have never felt unfeminine. Would I like a little more cleavage in a few outfits... sure, but I have curvy hips, a small waist (normally... 8.5 months pregnant currently), & feminine facial features and those allow me to still feel plenty girly. Great cleavage is gorgeous but so are plenty of other assets.

No. I have small boobs, the rest of my body is no where near perfect but I do kind of have a big butt so can't complain. But I don't think I don't look less feminine. I dress cute, I always have my hair and makeup done, I have my nails done, I take care of myself.

do u think a guy with flat stomach but NO 8 pack, is any less masculine than ine with a flat stomach AND an 8 pack? i figure u dont. same for girls. theres milions that PREFER small boobs. everyone is different. Neither is less feminine

No. Because if a guy goes out in a dress it’s pointed out that he looks feminine, and guys are completely flat chested half the time. Girls are girls because that’s what they are. The whole “small boobed women look like men” isn’t because they look like men, it’s a way to put them down because their breast are small, and society thinks bigger is better.
