Cramping during exercise!
Hello ladies, so I thought this was normal but now I’m beginning to worry. Every time I do a medium to intense workout I begin to cramp. It feels like I have menstrual cramping when I’m not even on or near getting my period, and at times they get so intense that I feel nauseous! Does any one else experience this? Or has experienced and went to get checked? Any information would be helpful. I’m thinking of making an appointment very soon.
