These circular red patches started appearing on my daughter's belly around the time we started solids. I originally thought it might be an allergic reaction to her cereal and cut that out after checking with pediatrician and just stuck with the fruits. They aren't going away and look way redder. Anyone experience this? I will be calling pediatrician again but they also said it could be dry skin from the weather change. They haven't actually looked at it yet. I have been loading all kinds of lotion on them and no improvement

Pediatrician said nothing to be alarmed with. Just a case of eczema. Thanks for the cream recommendations it already looks way better!
