Anti nausea medicine

I’m going on a boat tomorrow with hubby for an overnight trip to Catalina. I get sea sick even when not pregnant and tend to vomit. Already have nausea this pregnancy. Can I take an anti nausea medicine before I board the boat? I know my hubby didn’t get Dramamine. It says it’s equivalent - meclizine? Think it’s a CVS brand. 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s called motion sickness II.
