Have any of you gotten a positive on a First Response test one day, then the next day got a negative but WAS actually pregnant? 
I'm probably reaching but looking for some hope it's happened somewhere.
I tested yesterday (sunday) and in the time frame there was a second pink line! The most beautiful thing I have seen in 3 years! Husband even said he could see it!So today (Monday) with fmu I took another FR test to confirm my line from the previous day and NOTHING!
No I have not started AF she is due (hopefully doesnt show) Wednesday.

I had a chemical pregnancy. Wasn't as quick of a turnaround, but I had a positive on Sunday, brown spotting started Wednesday, and by Thursday all tests were negative, was heavily bleeding, and hcg was down to 3. It's possible that maybe something else could be going on, but if a first response is coming up negative, it's not a good sign. I am so sorry.

Happened to me too.. chemical pregnancy. AF was late but eventually showed up 😓

This happened to me when I was pregnant with my daughter. I got a positive one morning and tested the next day, not morning and got a negative. Went in for a blood test and it was negative but went back a week later and positive. Now I have an amazing 16 month old daughter! Just wait and test in few days.
