Has anyone had both procedures done and how have they recovered? Ive had a section previously and have been told if i do vbac i will most likely need an episiotomy. The idea terrifies me so im wondering should i have a section.

Update: i know 3 girls who have had episiotomies and have had complications with sex and incontinenance months and even years after so thats whats putting me off
