I will start my first round of letrozole 2.5mg this cycle (today is day 1) and I’m wondering how anyone else did if they already ovulated on their own but super late? I’ve had 2 miscarriages and a few chemicals (both ovulating after day 24 of my cycle so the dr is hoping this will help egg quality and move up my cycle/extend my luteal phase which is always between 11-13 days) I tried 6 months of clomid and still only ovulated on CD 18 at the earliest.

Would love anyone’s experience with this medication having already ovulated on your own!
